How long does a refund take?

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled before processing or dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are issued if:
The wrong pallets are delivered
Pallets arrive damaged or unusable
The order cannot be fulfilled as agreed
Refund requests must be submitted within 24–48 hours of delivery.
Do you accept returns?
Returns are accepted only for pallets that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery. Returned items must be in the same condition as received.
